Jalal, I saw your interview in 7Days today and I just wanted to wish you all the best with your attempt for what is a very worthy cause. I myself suffer from Bipolar disorder and it is refreshing to see someone with the same 'illness' doing something worthwhile. It is also the first time I have heard the word Bipolar publicly in Dubai, so I admire you courage. I also enjoy walking (though not on a similar scale to your attempt of course!) as I find it a great way to do my thinking with no distractions, whilst helping to stay fit. Anyway, just wanted to let you know that I will be following your progress and wish you the very best of luck... I know you'll do well. Your Friend, Steve
I am a marketing consultant born in Lebanon and have been living in Dubai for the past 7 years. My uncle only child suffer from Autism they have found out few years ago when such illness was not known in our region, he is in London were my uncle decided to live for the best of his son.
I really wish you all the best and wonder if there is a possibility to join you during your journey as a female representing the Arab Females suffering from Autism??
You are a Brave lady to have offered to join me on my walk. Anyone is Welcome to Join me while i walk even for 1 kilometer
you have to remember that this will take 12 days and four hours to complete.
Alot of preparation has gone into this walk aswell anyone could join me for a little while but resources are not Unlimited from my side that being one Factor. You could join me ofcourse with a plan anything is Possible as long as your willing to cover 500 to 600 km.
Come and join me when i walk through Dubai even ur support from just saying what you have said is enough :)
